Third Party Services

AWS

AWS provides the cloud infrastructure which hosts all of the DoDays platform, holds all production files and data, and serves this content to the end user through our domain names.

AWS provides content distribution, security and DNS services for web traffic transmitted to and from DoDays. It allows us to efficiently manage web traffic and help secure the application from malicious activity. The primary information AWS has access to is information in and associated with the DoDays website URL that the user is interacting with (which includes End-User IP address). All information (which will include service data) contained in web traffic transmitted to and from DoDays is transmitted through AWS's systems, but AWS does not have access to this information.

We also use AWS to store our continuous daily backups of all files and data used to run the DoDays platform which enables us to provide an efficient and uninterrupted service.

All the transactional emails from DoDays are sent out through AWS SES, that means sharing email addresses and email content.

AWS allow us to store all our Data in London Data Centres which are ISO and CSA STAR Certified.

AWS are also active participants in and comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Our relationship is governed by their standard Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy in line with GDPR requirements.

Stripe

We process payments using Stripe Payments Europe Limited. a worldwide payments provider. The main capture is through their European subsidiary based in Ireland, but some of the data is passed to Stripe Inc. the parent company in the USA. For this transfer to be lawful they employ the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses ("Model Clauses") to allow for the lawful transfer of such data under the EU Data Directive.

Slack

We primarily use Slack for internal electronic communications. It's entirely possible that at times these discussions will be about customers and particular situations they need assistance with, and in that regard data will be shared.

Slack store their Data in USA Data Centres and have certified with EU-US Privacy Shield.

Our relationship is governed by their Terms of Service and a GDPR compliant Data Processing Addendum.

Linear

Linear is our project and product management platform that helps us organise, prioritise, and track work across the DoDays team. We use Linear to manage development cycles, track feature requests, and maintain an efficient product roadmap.

Linear allows us to create structured workflows, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress. This enables us to deliver a more reliable service and respond to customer needs more effectively. Information stored in Linear may include details about product features, bug reports, and development timelines that could reference customer feedback or requirements.

Linear stores data in AWS data centres located in the EU (Frankfurt region), which helps maintain compliance with EU data protection regulations. Linear is SOC 2 Type II certified and complies with GDPR requirements.

Our relationship is governed by their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which includes provisions for data processing in line with GDPR requirements.
